Exchange Policy
At Namasvee, we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and high-quality products. Every order undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Currently, we do not offer returns. However, we are happy to assist you with size exchanges for eligible products.
Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are available only for domestic orders.

Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

Exchange requests related to slight color variations, fabric texture, or material differences will not be accepted, as display settings may vary across devices.

Exchange Process

Exchange requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.

A processing fee of ₹150 per article will be charged for exchanges.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us at care@Namasvee.in within 72 hours of delivery.

Kindly record an unboxing video clearly showing the defect for verification purposes.

Pickup will be attempted twice. If pickup is unavailable or unsuccessful, customers must self-ship the product to our address.

Reverse pickup depends on service availability in your area.

Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, the replacement product will be dispatched within 24–48 working hours, subject to availability.

Size exchange is allowed only once per order.

Exchange orders are not eligible for further exchange.

Exchanges are allowed only for products of the same or higher value.

Cancellation Policy

COD orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
